Capgemini’s Alliance program provides a framework that enables Capgemini to extract the best solutions for our clients from our partners. The most advanced solutions are built on Growth Initiatives developed jointly with our partners. This 3 modules framework allows us to organize our partnerships both in terms of the value that can be derived from the Growth Initiatives as well as the maturity of our relationship with each partner organization.

Featured Success Story
Open standards applications infrastructure provides flexibility, reduced complexity and lower cost.
Collaborative Alliance Platforms
Capgemini has four partners with whom we have built Collaborative Alliance Platforms (CAPs): HP, IBM, Oracle, and SAP. These alliance organizations are committed to our vision of the Service-Oriented Enterprise, as well as to the ongoing development of innovative Growth Initiatives with Capgemini. The four CAP alliances are broad and deep in both capability and global reach, and they form the foundation of our alliance strategy.
Collaborative Alliance Networks
A broader profile of organizations comprises the alliances with which we’ve formed Collaborative Alliance Networks (CAN). These organizations are committed to a joint view of Service-Oriented Architecture and Service-Oriented Infrastructure that emerge as common Growth Initiatives. These partners fall into two categories: application or infrastructure. The 11 CAN alliances include BEA, Teradata, Mercury, EMC, as part of the “CAN Application”, and Cisco, Dell, Sun, Microsoft, Computer Associates, Intel as part of the “CAN Infrastructure”. These alliances are characterized by world-class technology solutions with global and local capabilities.
Alliance Innovation Board
The Alliance Innovation Board (AIB) represents alliance organizations with which Capgemini has new and maturing relationships. These organizations provide a rich source of innovation and market agility, allowing Capgemini’s clients to capitalize on changes in the business and technology landscape quickly yet with a view to their long-term goals. Over 250 organizations are part of Capgemini’s extended alliance network—and the Alliance Innovation Board is responsible for realizing the potential of each of these organizations, and bringing our jointly-developed solutions to our clients.
